tapi hidup perlu sehat jgk kan.. sedap2 jgk.. sehat jgn dilupain dong..

haha.. BTW, I was just having an exciting cycling trip this evening, (dengan beskal pinjam jela..) buat aq teringat kat umah, bila mana my parents would ask me to join them jogging by the park (okayh, x berkait langsong ngn cycling.. boleyhla.. exercise jgak..) jogging on every weekend morning, or any possible free day la.. each time i'm having hols at home.. tapi, bila anak dyer dah kat campus nih, jarang gak nk kuar jogging.. skali seminggu paling saket pon..
marilah sihat bersama2.. (asal ayat nih bunyik dyer cm : Sayangi Sungai Kita.. Motip?!)
adek aq yg snap.. sajer nk bgtau..
Then, petang tadik (22 September 2011.. siap tarikh..) aq n memember cycling gler jaoh, dari campus, pegi Stadium.. then pegi airport, bukak poser (aq sorg jelah..) kat Pantai Teluk Ketapang.. n balik sampai kol 8.. Tapi, sbnrnya bagi cycle-rs kat Terengganu, derg dah biaser cycling sejaoh tuh.. malas nak citer pnjg.. tgk gambar je boleyh..
nih plak Fid yg amek..
Drifting... kat blkg stadium nih boleyh kater tiap2 hari ader org maen drift.. Kau mampu?
Jadi, besides we just having an exercise (benefits to our health) .. bender2 yg best cmnilah dapat dikenang.. err.. best ker?..
Baiklah, oleh krn aq dah lapar.. sampai sini jela..
